Invesco sold 0.62% of their shares since Oct.  They still hold 9.8% of CUS.

Sold just enuff to break that 10% threshold.  How that could be construed as dumping you will have to explain to me?

Also a AMEW would never state a mindset such as "we are clealy stating we are dumping."

He is probably paid for his posts by short sellers. Have a look at his history, he has bought and pumped PSN AET.UN PLT.UN SLI SGL PWT and even pumped CUS when he bought it at $5.00.
