Not idea what "immediate menace" of a takeover means to you - hostile takeovers come out of the dark, rather than being something where the bidder gives Rumble any advance notice - they want to take advantage of cheap pricing so the acquiror doesn't tip off that an immediate takeover bid is coming. I really don't know where you are going with this so I am happy to end it.

I doubt hospitals spend time reading that stuff either, because they just want to deal with the salesman.

It isn't as if we would stop him from building. This kind of issue sounds more like something that needs to be public instead of secret, unless Rumble wants to deal with thousands of questions from people who bug him for info - what would be the purpose in keeping us in the dark?
