TCM looks significantly undervalued

trading well below NAV. Assuming debt can be restructured, this looks like a multi-bagger. Technicals show a nice bottom being put in here, may have to retest 30 cent area but large upside potential. Can anyone here tell me what debt maturities are coming due in the near term (say within 1 year)? TIA GLTA
