Firstly for contracts, secondly for reliability and consistency quality output from this cash black hole plant over a long period of time. We have noticed so far that capex for this joke has exploded several time, are you assuming opex will be on check and as expected by Kelly? Third, to have a pension fund invested in this, you would have to see several quarters of financial results. Successfull start-up is the easy part going forward... Very sceptical this will work out imo.
