Buying. I'd be more inclined to view OGI, technically and fundamentally, with a higher probability of reaching $1.30 before it hits $0.30.

No doubt that there are not insignificant risks with the transitions to the environment in which they operate, but that they are cash-flow positive, have operated the company well thus far, and they have the capital to grow the company speaks well for the future.
