There are great days ahead for Alabama Graphite
There are great days ahead for Alabama Graphite Well folks, we should view this as a real complement to our management team and the progress that we are making at Alabama Graphite. In addition we are getting some additional press and company exposure. This is all positive for Alabama as there is no such thing as bad press.
Let’s face it, when an old employer complains about your success after you move on can only be taken as a compliment. If there was any indication of an intellectual property infringement, rest assured NGC would have filed a claim – not a threatening letter? After all, any law firm would handle the suite based on a percentage of the claim as it would be a slam dunk, and NGC would pay nothing in legal costs. But there is no substance to the claim by NGC and they are just making noise. Or are hoping that Alabama will make a voluntary payment for them to go away.
With the remote chance of Mr. Baxter using any secure proprietary information he would have been fully aware of the fact. As NGC would have served him with a non-compete letter or cease and desist letter months ago. In turn Mr. Baxter would have had to announce this to Alabama – of which did not happen.
There are many great days ahead for Alabama Graphite and the competition is noticing.
