RE:RE:What a gift ! bid errr down boysThe company probably found out what was hapening at 10am.  They have to meet with lawyers and go over every possible scenario of a potential lawsuit, write a press release approved by the lawyers, get it approved by regulators and get it translated.  They were fast, I was worried it would take days.  It was obvious to me that they had nothing because if they did have something there would be a real lawsuit.  It is up to the regulators to halt stocks when there is an unfair distribution of information, they approved the press release that caused this imbalance of information, so they themselves could see that there was no substance to it or else they would have halted the stock or made them change the press release.  I wouldn't be surprised if ngc management was buying Alabama shares yesterday.

Also ngc kindof says in their press release that they have no hope of producing CSPG for under $3000/t.  I don't see how our processes could be the same when we have different graphite and way better processes that produce it for less than half the cost of what they can do.

I can't see level II but I would guess there is some good depth on the buy side right now.
