You should correct your post, Junglej. Nowhere did I say that anything illegal has taken place. Not regarding the purchase and transfer of the document. And nowhere did I say that Misty is receiving his documents from someone who works in the courthouse. I did say that I think there are bigger fish to fry. Much bigger fish. The kind with deep, deep pockets. Imagine 40 million shares dividing up what's in those pockets, eh?

Well, why do you refuse to ask Misty to post his document? It's just a simple thing and I'm sure he'd be more receptive to a request coming from you, rather than from me. Are you afraid he doesn't have the document and you'd be exposing him as a liar? You should give him more credit than that, Junglej. Misty's correspondent simply could e-mail the entire document and he could post it here, pretending he's had it all along. Then your questions could be answered.
