McArthur's mining is almost exlusively open pit:-
  • He managed Glamis, which developed the Penasquito gold /silve ropen pit.
  • Glamis was sold out to Goldcorp and McArthur became CEO for a while.
  • McArthur did not stay long as the CEO of GoldCorp - was this because his experience did not suit goldcorps underground mining projects?
Also, Mcarthur seems to be attracted to silver mining - Glamis .... now Tahoe.

What did Tony see in Tahoe as a bidder for LSG?
