the dividend payout. 

Thats absurd. No company would hand cuff themselves in 
that fashion. 

Q4 numbers are getting closer. Will be interesting to see
if Mgmt makes any ajustments to their 7 point plan. 

I totally , imho, expect a guidance remark saying " the current
dividend monthly , is under review "
