Today's news

Today's newsHi all, 

I'm considering taking a position in PHM. 

Can't believe the beating it's taken. 

Today's news is sort of old news as it was released back on Jan 4th. 

I know the mkt was/is pissed about the 1.50 pp issue. 

But, at this point, where is the downside ? It's hard to see more downside given the numbers they will post tomorrow.
