RE:Worst case
I agree, & well put Drysan. This actually gives a clear & faster route to being compensated for the lost land in the paramo, possibly. It saves Eco from having to bring suit, or it appears, especially if the valuations are framed in the assessments based on $1200 gold from years ago. Plus there is no precluded right to mine well below the surface with underground mining TOO get to those richer deposits well below the paramo's undisturbed surfaces.
I can also see why Mr. Mosley-Williams bailed on CNL, what a mess CNL is in with this new preliminary ruling & the total truth about resouce they have. Their Burning a large amount of cash, 18 million first 9 months of 2015, with a 4th qtr of burn for 2015! Yet even with all the many gray areas of actual resource at CNL their SP is up 15%+ @ $1.34, go figure.
They are a crash waiting to happen.
Eco Oro has got to spin this in the right direction & bring this home harboring decent returns to we shareholders. This definitely throws a wrench in the works for any Amber attempt to take it private or operate an open pit at this juncture, far too messy. Another three months of treading water (& probable PP) may bring added compensation to our dwindling treasury, if Eco is paid a fair price for the unilateral"taking" of the large tract of land in the Paramo.
