This is like a bad hockey gameWhere one team has no hope of winning and has already given up, so rather than loosing with dignity they start fighting.
Why have we not heard a rebuttle from ngc? It only took alp 12 hours to respond, and now it takes ngc 2 days or more? Has anyone spoken to management to see how many days it will take for ngc to provide more clarity to shareholders on the potential legal action against them or if they are going on the offensive?
Wouldn't their lawyers be ready for this? The longer they take to respond the more I think they didn't even consult a lawyer before they put out that press release. That would be reckless but I don't know if a decent lawyer would have approved their last press release.
ngc says "CSPG cost estimates of less than US$3,000/t are unrealistic."
What are you hoping for from ngc if they say cdn$4200/t is so unrealistic? Would it even be worth doing if it costs them $8 000/t to produce? How can the processes be the same when Alabama can produce it at less than half what ngc can?
ngc says "The Company believes its process can economically purify commercial quantities of its natural graphite"
Once again, what is "economical" if $4200 is completely unrealistic? What are you as shareholders hoping this number will be?
I understand that there are good people invested in this company so please do not take offence by my questions, it is just me trying to figure out what is going on, there are other companies far worse off than ngc. ngc has value in their large flake but it is not necessarily needed for batteries since they have to micronize it anyways. Every graphite deposits will have certain advantages and disadvantages for different applications. They should focus markets where customers need the large flakes and will pay a premium for them when the global economy recovers. We are all the same here in the end, we just want a graphite company to succede and to be a part of it whenever these markets correct.
