If a company has 345.5 million shares outstanding and made $300,000 to $1,000,000 in profit and also was given a P/E of 10 then that would equate to a rounded share price between 1 to 3 cents. ( 0.87 - 2.89) cents)

Anual profit / shares outstanding = EPS (Earnings Per Share)
$1,000,000 /  345,500,000  = $0.00289

EPS * P/E (Price Earnings ratio) = PPS (Price Per Share)
$0.002898 * 10 = $0.0289 or 2.89 cents
