gh, I am thinking that the investment banks are accumulating LSG on behalf of the deal makers right now to ensure that the deal makers have enough votes to pass the deal.  probably driving price down to pick up shares / scare us into selling - then popping proce a bit to have a few more of us sell on relief rally and so on until they have collected the requisite numberr of shares to ensure deal.  not sure it the new baord punk has anythig to do with this or not.
