Portfolio question for all

Portfolio question for allI've been getting this hankering to do something you normally shouldn't do.  Put a large % into 1 stock.  

This is the cheapest stock out there.  45% of BV, trading at 6.9X 2016 AFFO, yield of 15%, Jane & crew are leasing up everything fast & furious.  Others don't like the story, I like it.  I like it a lot.  Those buildings in AB, might be a pain in the butt for them for a couple years, but in 5 years, life is gravy.

So my question is to everyone, what % of D.UN makes up your portfolio?  What else do you own?  How much skin do you got in the game?  Are those monthly dividends 100, 500, 1,000, 2,000, 5,000, or higher?  I'm just curious to see how everyone is looking at this opportunity in front of us.  

Ill start, I moved some stuff back into cash today for opportunities on lower prices, but currently I own DRG, AX, & D.  If I went all into D, I'd get roughly $3,000+.
