You can bet your bottom dollar that Sprott was in the room when Sino made its offer or at least when LRE agreed to it.
Sportt are the kingholder here and can approve or kibosh any deal so clearly for it first to be signed by LRE and Sino and secondly and even more importantly for the banks to extend their covenants you know Sprott is on side and their shares are already locked up.
The answer to your other question is would you rather get .52 or zero. Those are your options and nothing is stopping you from filling your boots and .35 and making a 50% profit if the deal goes through and recouping some of your losses.
