imho, this is a -alls out move. If numbers suck in  March announcement 
you know B of D's are milking this and padding their own 
pockets. 

I I could be wrong, but I think LIQ is like a deer in headlights 
like many companies. I , imho, would have thought they would
have used more prudence and saved cash for rainy day or 
pounce on a weak location they want.
