Ooooh, thanks! I didn't know that. Sooooo...
if Sprott's CEO = LRE's BoD and LRE's BoD is pushing the deal according to their recent press releases, then I guess we know how Sprott's 23,000,000 shares (~11%) will be voted. Well, that's another unknown solved. I think I need to buy more shares!
