Ha! The "laws of the market" is supposed to rely on every of its players to be 100% informed. If "the law" of the market were a)right b)at play here, the SP would already be between 9$ and 50$ due to the economic and DCF analysis I published last week and yesterday.
The laws of the market also expect all players to act anonymously in their own individual interest. It happens that ProMetic history have ruined that anonymity assumption while we were struggling
together thru the darkest hour of the post 2008 meltdown. Most of the long shareholders with more than ¼M shares know each other, have met at AGM, talk to each other here or by private emails.
The law of the market is not that blind hand that force people to act against their will! It's real persons being shareholders of ProMetic here. Again, we have:

Together the top 100 shareholders control about 60-65% of the stock.
About 20 of them, more than 50%.
If they say no, and you do too, there's no deal. Period.
And that's power indeed. :-)
We large longs
write the law of the market regarding PLI.

Your valuations of SP in mid 2016 calls for 10-15.00 .2017 Q1 25.00 ? Did I read that correct ?
The only target price I endorse is that of a minimal 75$ in 2019.
The short term targets above are what I keep hearing around here is going to make sense if PLI management execute on their plan. We'll see! :-)

If we act
together there's nothing they can do.
So it depends largely if *
you* join us saying
No Thanks on their eventual 15$ offer. Will you, rapid_fire ? ;-)
