Micanushi, its NOT FREE shares, he got them because he's director of the company, in other words he got those shares in exchange for his labor same as his salary.. However, I don't think he did the right thing by selling them at a higher price and buying back at A LOT cheaper... But the fact that inseder bought 1million+ shares gives a hope that what management is talking about one day will become true... JMO
