RE:Alternatives to LSGI like KGI since they combined with SAS for the following reasons:
 They are both cash flow positive in a bad commoditiy market
 The proximaty the mines and properties
 KGI had low debt and SAS was debt free
 When combined they will have 100 mil cash
In disclosure i had SAS and believe the combined operations will be larger than the sum of the parts
