From what I can see regarding San Franciso mine the only way they can improve the Au Grades is by going underground (something about the viens being real close to the san fran mine pit wall already), but I do not see how much capex they need to spend to set that up.
If they gonna do another financing somehow with shares or take on more debt than I would honestly rather just see them put that into Ana Paul project as the metric for those look quite good (all in sustaining cash costs of $526 which is pretty good , no wonder goldcorp took shares in them as payment for that plant and infrastructure )
Looking at the last page based on their financials of Q3 2015 , they should be just barely be cash flow positive now based on their all in sustaining costs $1105. Atleast they are not losing money this quater based on where gold is trading
