The way you predict microcaps is ridiculous ad simple - also predict a bad management, bad products, bad exploration, bad results, etc.etc. and you will be right at 90 % after years. BUT you also miss good stories. Missing CDO/SHI is just one of many microcaps specualtors invest in. So, be happy that you have been right here - but it does not kill any expereinced speculator. But obvioulsy people like youi need small microcap losers to present yourself as to be a great microcap nerd LOL
