Hey...where's our Q1 bounce?

Hey...where's our Q1 bounce?I've been here for 5+ years and each and every Jan/Feb/Mar we get an uptick in our price...kinda of a post tax-loss selling bounce....and that uptick usually holds for awhile.   

Hmmmmmmm...where is it this year?
