Everything but PHM!

Everything but PHM!Gold , Oil, Zinc Copper,  who cares about that on this brd.  if I wanted to hear about those commodities I would go to another brd where their are more opinions than the few here.  Please give me your thoughts on where is PHM going today after the latest conference call.  Are we buying in at a lower price?  will it consolidate here?, or are we going up up and away?
