TORC Oil and Gas Cuts Dividend from $0.045 per share to $0.02 per share.

It remains to be seen what effect this will have on the Share Price.

Today, TORC Oil & Gas Ltd. ("TORC" or the "Company") (TSX: TOG) announces that the Board of Directors has approved a monthly dividend of $0.02 per common share, to be paid on March 15, 2016 to common shareholders of record on February 29, 2016. The ex-dividend date is February 25, 2016.
