Primary Symbol: SIO

The Fund seeks a high level of current income with a focus on capital preservation. The Fund invests, under normal market conditions, at least 80 percent of its assets in income producing fixed-income securities. This is a non-fundamental investment policy that the Fund's Board can change upon 60 days prior notice to shareholders. Income producing securities generally include corporate debt securities, mortgage-related securities, asset-backed securities, government securities (both U.S. government securities and foreign sovereign debt), and preferred stocks. The Fund will engage in frequent and active trading as part of its principal investment strategies.

Back from

Back from my winter break and I see we are still between life support and cremation.
It did not matter how many red flags were raised, how many calls for a change of management were suggested the only player that could have helped us (the Caisse) did nothing leading us to believe that they did not care by not pulling their power or that they just did what they were told by the Province, in any case it was sad.

When all it's said and done so many things that made no sense took place that makes you wonder as to Regulations and their protection and implementation.
The collapse of the SP following by a trading orgy, the entrance and accumulation of BEACON, the role of GM and the accumulation and trading of TD.

Uncle Bruce's coming in with his role of helping hand-pumping even though his knowledge of Sensio-3DGo was limited at best, but drawing the best trading days when he did talk and usually sending the SP up something that management never once took advantage to fuel some kind of strategy.

RG with his long association and favourable reports maintaining for years a SP projection that never materialized and telling us that just the patents were worth between $13 and $42 million.
He was involved in the last four PPs, so what was wrong?.

It does confirm what we all know about them.

The BOD a body that was created to make sure the CEO and Company were kept under reign and value was created and protected for investors and shareholders, what went wrong there ?, we must have had the most incompetent, lazy, careless bunch of individuals that could have been assembled and never once caring for us.

Management, what can you say that hasn't been said?.
How did they get away with such an array of obvious mistakes and lies ?.
It's sad.

Most of what we now read is about survival, new strategies, care of creditors but not much about shareholders, we always come last if at all.

So three months ago according to the two analysts on the CC we had finally all the ducks lined up, we were going to Europe with a strategy, we were streaming to all devices BUT we all knew that we did not have any money, so how that could be?.

Now we can not provide Financial numbers, the same management that drowned us is in charge of rescuing whatever they can, we are selling tables, chairs and old monitors to continue to do so.

Sixteen years since created, almost ten years since debuting in the Venture at $0.50, over five years since we reached $4.16 here we sit at the hedge of a cliff.

At the end some people made some money but the biggest percentage lost big time.

IMHO.
