Buddy you seem to fail to realize that the stock is near all time lows , and needs to be BAILED-OUT cause without a bailout THEY CAN'T SURVIVE ! No matter how much I think that this Co. is worth more money broken apart , it isn't broken apart ! The C-ancer Series is dragging it down ! Once you understand that very important detail , you'll understand that nothing else matters until that gets FIXED ! That's why I wanted them to spin off BTholdco ! But they won't ! They rather beg the tax payer and off load C-ancer Series on them !

When I said manipulating, it was not only for this post: if you had not reported only the bad news, you would be perfectly objective in reporting this one. But it is not the case if we read all you today's posts. Maybe you report facts but you're picking them making them appear as the full picture. I prefer to clearly state my position and explain it.

Gapdown some of your posts have some serious insight. You are right that the equity value to the investor would be multiplied IMO 3 fold if the family was not controlling votes, Even before the c-series bbd had a very hard time hitting profit margins. They were all over the charts. Until they moved some of manufacturing to mexico. But at the time it was a good decision, now having it there is a liability. It should be in asia. Which by the way they are working on.

We both know that what they did the last quarter with caisse and the gqc was a scalping to the investor. Others can argue all they want but it was. Caisse is the most stable shareholder of this stock with the most equity. The family has a very small stake that they will fight tooth and nail for. After all they could have sold the transportation unit to chinese investors and paid all debt in full. They didnt because they would loose control of the division that props them up while they play with investor money and handouts.

But.

Boeing and Airbus are driving there costs up, by picking multiple large orders. In order to acheive them they will need to bring production up while increasing margins. That is a very hard thing to do. But when the cs100 is no longer an orphan as the media says, I would suspect ALOT more orders from the larger plane that has the same cost benifets of the 100. This is the point where a person has to decide on short term pain (of which i am in the green) or mid term gain.

I can tell you at this price i will not sell a single share - even though 7% 10% is tempting. I have finally got the price that i thought was good. Im even willing to be hit with a reverse. IMO it will be 10-1 if it happens. But i dont care either.

At this price it will happily sit in my tfsa so i dont get capital gains in a few months / year.

I also dont care if it is removed from the US markets. I really dont.
