My phone callJust to be fair, I want to say that Mark returned my phone call, apologizing that he took so long. He has been understandably very busy and called me while travelling. He seemed like a nice guy, and we talked for a while. After this deal is complete they are hoping to buy up more properties in the Timmins area and create a bigger and mine.
