RE:BCclim....could not disagree with someone more than...You are absolutely right about my lack of knowledge Cat.
I am baffled by why prone thinks it is good news that TMG has captured essentially nothing of the 350 billion in greentech spending,
I am mystified about why he keeps posting the same UK-India partnership agreement that makes no mention of TMG and likely has nothing to do with them,
and I am completely in the dark about why anyone would continue to defend this sort of performance (ok, I have my suspicions about this one)
