I actually think it was a smart move by the company. Liolios is well regarded in this arena. My point, and I may not have communicated it clearly is this: Liolios job is to get TOS on institutional investment screens and also to help set up marketing trips for them. However, given where TOS sits in their evolution as a business and its lack of market cap or research coverage (especially in the states), TOS will have to do the convincing to get new buyers, not Liolios.
