The 1.2m shares cancelled is the TOTAL shares bought under NCIB programs in Student Transportations ENTIRE NCIB HISTORY. (Since abt. Oct. 2011 if I remember correctly)
 
When a company buys shares under an NCIB they are required to report to SEDI how many and when they buy shares. They are also required to report when they are cancelled. For some unknown reason Student Transportation has never bothered to report to SEDI that any shares had been cancelled until now.
