RE:What happened to this forum? I can tell that you are a huge bagholder or someone who has given back almost all of their gains. This is textbook bagholder's lament. What is the difference between people who point out the truth and "bashers"? It doesn't matter how you label someone - if you ignore people who speak the truth, you are going to lose a lot of money.
Forget retail investors, how does Casey Hoyt feel about PHM a year later? I almost feel bad for the guy.

Not really sure why. Lots of small cap stocks are down significantly over the past 12 months, especially healthcare and tech stocks.
I much preferred it in here back before the market had discovered PHM when it was trading in the 0.20s, before the big run up. You could actually have conversations and not just see page after page of twits posting pure nonsense.
There's a few good people left on here but the Bashers (paid or otherwise, I really have no idea) are trying to overrun things and obscure any useful information posted on here.
The only thing we can do is (1) report them and/or (2) Click the ignore button.
I know I am going to do both.
Lets get back to discussing this company as an investment and whether its a good buy or not with points to validate either viewpoint and don't engage the Bashers or they will continue posting. If you ignore them, they will move on to another board, happens every time.
