RE:RE:RE:Financial Results posted ...They are doing the right things and pieces of the puzzle are falling in place.

The NOI was lower due to the reasons listed by Management . . .  they have said they expect AFFO per unit to increase in 2016 and 2017 

I would rather be in the office space in Germany than in Canada . .. 

no danger of dividend cut . .. .
