A takeout is highly unlikely due to the complicated legal structure of all time he Dream entities coupled with significant unit holders positions.  I think to buy all of Dream Office one would have to buy out the entire Dream family.  At least with the existing structure in place.  Cooper et al show no sign of relinquishing their current power or ownership.

I give it less than a 1% chance of a takeout.
