Appreciate your comments. 

I own both DRG and DIR .  . I think that Dream Global is taking the right steps and moving in the right direction . . 

Agree with you that the payout ratio is higher this Q . .. part of the reason management has already mentioned being that NOI was lower due to the disposition of some properties etc . . 

The average rent has gone up for renewals which is a good sign .. also the big vacancy due to the bankruptcy .. space has been rented out to the city for 20 years .. 

I would expect occupancy to move up (since management keeps on saying how vacancy rates in Germany are so low and not much new space coming into the market). 

As the prev poster mentioned .. i think forward looking this company should do just fine if they execute their strategy well ..  

Same for DIR.UN .. (I also own AAR.UN - Pure Industrial). 


GLTA  . .. .   hopefully a day like today with most of the REITS higher will be good for Snake's BP.
