I voted no for a couple of reasons:
first these guys are crooks & the only recourse we have as a protest is to vote no. Lets not go "quietly into the night" instead tell them by a no vote that we object to the way shareholders are being treated.
Finally , as a matter of principle , I voted no because " might is not right".Just because a board is in charge & is mighty it does not give them the right to treat us, the shareholders, so badly.
