from CC

from CCjust got back from taking the kids to school, so I missed from 8:30 to 8:40 but as I was walking in it sounded like there was some contentious discussion about write-offs. Hopefully someone else caught it and could fill us is.

someone asked about special one time dividend to shareholders if 1.2 billion of the assets are sold within a quick timeframe.  management said its a possibility. didn't sound like they were really contemplating it or it was a real probability but they said it was a possibility.

management also said if discount continues they will continue to sell off properties in hopes of narrowing NAV gap. I think I heard Cooper say he has no problem of being a 40 million share company as long as the NAV discount shrinks. If NAV gap persists they'll pursue other initiatives in hopes of shrinking the gap.
