RE:Why the preferred shares are a SCREAMING DEAL!I own a fair amount of BBD.PR.B and I have been nervous for a long time, but I intend to hold on to them. I see two risks:  1. bankruptcy and 2 suspension of dividend

With the infusion of capital from the government(s), I think the threat of bankruptcy has gone away, and the preferred shares are of the cummulative kind.
