Basic idea, drop a few of your shares at 0.05$ so that other people would be scared and will sell their shares at 0.05$ to you... (you`re on the bid side)
And the opposite, when you`ve got those shares at 0.05$, start buying at 0.055$ so that other people would think it will bump up to 0.06$ and will start buying at 0.055 and 0.06$.. (you`re on the ask side)

With 100000$ in your account you can easily do that with MTO.. 

However, with MTO sometime this stock doesn`t have enaugh volume, so i personally wouldn`t do that with these stock..

Sure looks like someone is playing with the price and low volume today...
