RE:RE:RE:RE:Sold out todaywhat can I tell you? they said they wanted to tackle debt before they do anything else. listen to the conference call yourself. it did shed alot of light on yesterday's earnings report and distribution cut. if the shares continue to trade at a significant discount to NAV after debt is reduced, then they will get to the significant share buy back.
the interesting and maybe puzzling thing for me is, if they want to sell assets to monetize and crystalize the value of those assets, what are they going to do with all that cash? Surely they cant plough all that money into lowering the debt. Or do they use those funds to buy other assets that the market can discount by 50%. Maybe use those funds to diversify a little. I guess timing is everything.
