I tend to agree that the threat is just that and nothing more. However the fact that it's out there has knocked the price from an already depressed 0.15-0.16 down to where it is now at 0.11-0.12. Even putting that aside they need to finance. If it's done by a PP at these levels I doubt the stock price will ever recover. This is of course just my opinion and as a long time investor I hope I'm dead wrong.
