RE:RE:RE:i would like to join with RLJP and congratulateI was hoping it would've happened when NHC was a $9 stock. They raised a ton of cash for this purpose and wouldn't have had to issue too much stock. Lloyd later stated that M&A valuations became inflated, pipeline became complicated and they couldn't pull it off in that timeframe etc. 

Even though the stock has been halved, it makes sense that it should come soon now that they've reorganized a bit. A large, even midtier acquisition could invigorate Nobilis again. They raised a lot of money for this reason last spring and while the stock is lower, the time is as ripe as it'll ever be for M&A.

Skip the buyback, maybe Q4 is a beat, let the stock appreciate on its own merits and start growing again. If past and future acquisitions are proven accretive there could be a comeback. It'd also be reassuring to hear some of the analysts and fund managers who were hyping this stock express their support again unless they're in wait and see mode, who knows.
