RE:RE:To be clear:

They have tech. expertise, they have Cuba. and they have a parachute clause to get out of Madagascar, Alberta, and a little cash. That said, it is outside my area to address the state of the complex financial structure. Sadly, Canadian miners in Africa have never done well. They can tread water for another year it seems.
