hard to stay away. When you hear Sask PM Brad Wall asking for handouts to oil industry. Handouts wont bring the price of oil up or compete any better. Handouts are given to compete on the global scale. If Saskachewan had any real business I wouldnt say no.  The problem with this poor contry is that we depend on commodities alone and bash anything that diversifies the economy.
