Voya Asia Pacific High Dividend Equity Income Fund (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s investment objective is total return through a combination of current income, capital gains and capital appreciation. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in a portfolio of dividend yielding equity securities of Asia Pacific companies. The Fund will seek to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its managed assets in dividend producing equity securities of, or derivatives having economic characteristics similar to the equity securities of Asia Pacific Companies that are listed and traded principally on Asia Pacific exchanges. The Fund will invest in equity securities and will select securities through a bottom-up process that is based upon quantitative analysis. Voya Investments, LLC is an investment adviser of the Fund.

RE:RE:RE:RBL Redetermination_Jan 20 RBC ReportChipper, may I also thank you for the RBC report.  There are a couple of things that RBC did not get right however.  First off, the RBL, I believe, was reduced from a senior of $575 and a junior of $75 (which is $650) to $515 overall which would make it a 21% decline.  As well, IAE was forced to raise $66mil USD to ensure that their RBL only dropped 21%.  So, really, the net change of the Nov. RBL redetermination was $135mil + $66 = $201mil which nets out to a 31% decrease.  This idea of only a 10% decrease in the last RBL assessment is either incompetence or downright misleading.  Just for the record, I still hold stock in this company, but am hovering over the sell button for sure.  But seriously, thanks for the report.
