If memory serves me correctly I believe Sicpa was touting our petromark technology even before the deal was officially closed . Also remember something to the effect that Mr Rowlands was there helping promote the technology . Could they also have started the testing required for the EC tender back then ? Like someone just mentioned ! news release away from a double or triple .
