a) Source b) this would take special legislation in the assembly to be approved. ....I think you better call Joe O and ask him for yourself how that "so called internal financing vein/sample went...it was tried, the Co. also made little mention/analysis of the outcome vs. the lead up to it,ie. Joe O and his video presentation....Sadly you are misinformed Minerboy , or like many other pumpers here,continually downplay or avoid the outcome/situation...!
