RE:RE:RE:RE:After their meeting tomorrow.I understand what you are trying to say about how everyone should have the right to grow their own plant at home. But do you not agree that having that option makes it far too easy for people to abuse the system by growing lots and supplying friends, family, crime? Kids? I feel like allowing people to grow their own is in direct conflict with the Liberals promise to "restrict and regulate". Their platform was based on making sure kids don't have access.

When provinces have their say the dispensaries will get shut down and this dilemma will be solved. My prediction for tomorrow is this whole question will get delayed until gov provides clarity. Why make a firm ruling so close to legalization? This ruling will shape probability to have home grown cannabis post legalization but that is not a courts decision to make because the gov is dedicated to negotiating priorities with provinces etc.
